Overview:
MHG is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our telemedicine network providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages through remote consultations. This role involves diagnosing managing and preventing a wide range of health conditions with a focus on longterm patient care and continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations for a variety of common and chronic health conditions including diabetes hypertension respiratory infections and mental health concerns.
• Provide preventive care guidance including routine checkups health screenings immunizations and lifestyle advice.
• Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to individual patients including medication management and followup care.
• Offer familycentered care addressing the needs of patients across all age groupsfrom pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide ongoing management for chronic conditions and monitor patient progress through regular followups.
• Maintain accurate detailed and secure patient records ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with specialization in Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license and board certification in Family Medicine.
• Broad experience in managing diverse health conditions; telemedicine experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients of all ages and their families remotely.
• Proficiency in using telemedicine platforms and electronic health records.
