Job Title: Night Shift Order Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Summary:

WFC Windsor Fulfillment Corp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Night Shift Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee all aspects of eCommerce order fulfillment operations. The Supervisor will ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders optimize inventory management processes and maintain high standards of customer service. This position requires strong leadership organizational and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Working Hours: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Sunday – Friday

Responsibilities:

Supervise the endtoend order fulfillment process from order receipt to shipment ensuring ontime delivery and customer satisfaction.

.

Work with the warehouse management team to determine nightly staffing needs.

.

Ensure all customer orders are accurately fulfilled during the shift.

.

Train new hires on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform for picking packing and shipping orders.

.

Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for picking packing and shipping orders on a clientbyclient basis.

.

Lead a team of order fulfillment specialists including hiring training coaching and performance management.

.

Evaluate individual employee performances and complete employee productivity reports at the end of each shift.

.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock to fulfill customer orders.

.

Notify clients of their shipping supplies onhand inventory levels.

.

Oversee the accuracy of order entry including product specifications and shipping instructions.

.

Collaborate with Sales Customer Service and Logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies shipping delays and other customer issues.

.

Notify warehouse managers of any customer order issues at the end of the shift.

.

Prepare all packed orders for pickup from parcel carriers.

.

Analyze order data and performance metrics to identify trends bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements.

.

Implement and utilize order management systems and software tools to streamline order processing and enhance efficiency.

.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to order fulfillment shipping and inventory control.

.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to facilitate order management and logistics activities.

.

Prepare and present regular reports on order fulfillment performance including order accuracy fulfillment rates and shipping metrics.

Qualifications:

.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.

.

35 years of experience in an eCommerce warehouse environment as a lead or supervisor.

.

5 years of experience in eCommerce order fulfillment logistics or operations supervision preferably in a 3PL environment.

.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

.

Strong understanding of order management processes inventory control principles and logistics operations.

.

Onhand experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

.

Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment and adapt to changing priorities.

.

Knowledge of apparel and apparel accessory industries and products is a plus.

.

Background in Lean Manufacturing environments strongly preferred.

.

Distribution warehouse experience is preferred.

.

Comfortable working with MS Excel spreadsheets and experienced with various Management Information Systems.

.

Strong sense of urgency and comfort working in fastpaced environments with rapidly changing priorities.

.

Forklift license is a plus.
