Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula Montana in 1967. Until then Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting UHauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.
Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a familyowned and operated business with six dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. What You Will Do

Work on boats. All day. Every day. Repairing maintaining using software tools for diagnostics and testing on them. Riggings and new engine installs. Installs of other equipment (trolling motors fish finders etc.). Getting boats ready for showings long hauls and winter. Shop maintenance and cleaning. Other duties as assigned.

While technical and problemsolving skills are critical in our business our technicians must also be professional focused disciplined and understand that customer satisfaction is paramount.

Qualifications:

• Marine technician certification or previous marine technician experience
• Must have a knowledge of tools and own your own set (all specialized tools for use onsite)
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detailoriented
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
• Must have high regard for cleanliness and respect for others property
• Good customer service skills you will be asked to go over certain repairs directly with the customers
