We are a young dynamic company based in Graz Austria working on exciting and cuttingedge projects. We are seeking an experienced SOC DFx Engineer to join our versatile team.
Tasks
As a SOC DFx Engineer at semify you will play a critical role in implementing and verifying digital designs and directly interacting with our industryleading customers to help them solve their problems. Youll also coordinate teams of engineers both onsite and remote. Youll be part of a dynamic and growing team that is dedicated to making an impact.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in SOC DFx and Verification
- Design for Test (DFT): Proficiency in scan insertion ATPG BIST JTAG and test coverage analysis.
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Understanding process variability layout optimization and manufacturing rule adherence.
- Design for Yield (DFY): Skills in yield analysis failure diagnosis and improvement techniques.
- Design for Reliability (DFR): Expertise in electromigration thermal management aging mechanisms and error correction.
- General Skills: Scripting for automation familiarity with EDA tools and strong problemsolving abilities
- Enjoy working in a distributed team
