Activities
- Prepare organize and manage in an optimal way human resources under his responsibility
- Manage his activity planning and distribute the workload effectively
- Communicate and set team objectives
- Respect apply and enforce internal and customer procedures
- Fillin KPIs and common daily report of the work package to the supervisor and the customer
- Encourage daily meeting (SQCDP) & weekly meeting with the team
- Be responsible for the application of FOD and security rules
- Propose corrective actions
- Ensure follow up and control of tools/materials/vehicles
- Ensure discipline within the team
- Report to the manager deviations about standard discipline etc.
- In shift model: secure a proper shift handover
- Management of the request from the team members
- Secure operational surveillance
- Ensure proper documentation of work order/cleanliness of tools (SAP Redmine)
Your profile
- Experienced working with installation/removal of engine/Fan cowl projects" as preferable requirement
- Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security safety and quality measures)
- Strong Experience on Airbus activities – 4 years minimum
- Experience in management of blue collars in manufacturing industry
- Familiar with computer programs: MS Office programs SAP and Airbus internal tools
- Knowledge of the followup tools (TLB QLB etc)
- Have Customeroriented approach (listening offering support and deliver on time)
- Ability to detect report nonconformities and make sure they are corrected
- Familiar with report writing (accurate and straight to the point)
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in German: C1
