Key Responsibilities:

Understanding Processes and Data:

• Maintain uptodate knowledge of patient financial processes and data.
• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Analyzing Data:

• Identify trends and issues within the data.
• Analyze data to propose actionable solutions and improvements.

Reporting:

• Keep statistics and provide reports to management on opportunities for performance improvement.

Other Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data to support business expansion efforts.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Influence stakeholders to support and participate in business projects.
• Assist with project management tasks ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Test business processes recommending improvements for better performance.
• Write business requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Identify and propose automation opportunities to streamline processes.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field preferred
