About the Company:

Founded by exGoogle exMcKinsey and CTO of one of the largest US based FinTech Kiva our client is a B2B Buy Now Pay Later platform for FMCG merchants working in partnership with large FMCGs. In little over a year The company signed up partnerships with all major brands including Unilever Nestle Coca Cola Danone and other large FMCGs and has almost 250K merchants in the network in Indonesia alone. Our client operates in Indonesia with backing from Michael Sampoerna ADB East Venture and other local banks and is leading women empowerment and poverty reduction with over 70% of our client beneficiaries are unbanked women merchants.

Job Descriptions:

  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company sales target.
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Managing and maintaining sales operations to ensure customers have the best experience endtoend.
  • Reviewing customer activity anticipating customer needs and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Travel for inperson meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.

Requirements:

  • Fulltime bachelor degree or above no major limitation.
  • Must have 10 years business development experiences in between these industries: Banking and Fintech B2B.
  • Must have 5 years experience in banking.
  • Experienced as VP or similar role in any Fintech that handling B2B segment.
  • Prefer direct selling experience to distributors in the supply chain.
  • Must have proven track record of making sales and meeting sales KPIs.
  • Must have good communication and relationships building skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
