Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Managing and monitoring of existing systems and infrastructure.
- Maintaining system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations.
- Identifying potential issues and proactively proposing solutions and improvements.
- Securing systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access.
- Contributing to the definition and implementation of project best practices and quality processes.
Skills Set / Technical Expertise:
- 5 to 7 years of experience with Windows 10 11 and windows server 2019 and up
- Scripting knowledge (Ansible Bash Python Powershell)
- Experience in Active Directory concepts such as domain tree users groups and OU related concepts
- Experience with Azure (IAAS) such as VMs azure storage azure VLANs and VPN gateway is an added advantage.
- Office 365 administration (users DLs and Shared mailboxes) is an added advantage
- Experience in Backup solutions and Disaster recovery products
- Have strong skillset in Hardware and Datacenter components (Dell HP and IBM servers)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog or similar)
- Strong skillset in configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience in EMC SAN Storage environment like EMC VMAX VNX a plus
- Strong knowledge in networking protocols and devices TCP/IP DNS and DHCP
- Outstanding English languages written and verbal communication skills
