Role Summary: As an Experience Designer you will design compelling user interfaces that align with strategic business objectives. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify user needs design goals and product requirements developing personas wireframes and prototypes to inform design decisions and validate user flows. Your role will also involve conducting user research and usability testing to refine and enhance designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand user needs design goals and product requirements.
  
• Develop user personas user journeys wireframes and prototypes to guide design decisions.
  
• Design user interfaces and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and elevate the user experience.
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and successful implementation.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
  
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems style guides and design patterns.
  

Requirements

MidLevel Designer:

• 5 years of industry experience.
  
• 3year degree/diploma in Interaction Design Graphic Design Industrial Design Information Systems HumanComputer Interaction or related fields.
  
• Desired Skills: Axure UX Design Zeplin Sketchup Figma JavaScript User Testing and Research.
  

Senior Designer:

• 810 years of industry experience.
  
• 3year degree/diploma in Interaction Design Graphic Design Industrial Design Information Systems HumanComputer Interaction or related fields.
  
• Desired Skills: Axure UX Design Zeplin Sketchup Figma JavaScript User Testing and Research.
