Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter and Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machines. The primary responsibilities include interpreting blueprints setting up the machine and monitoring the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
. Set up CNC machines according to job specifications
. Monitor the production process to maintain quality and efficiency
. Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines
. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
. Adhere to safety and quality standards
Requirements:
13 years of experience as a CNC Setter and Operator
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to set up and operate CNC machines
Strong attention to detail and quality
Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Understanding of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
Education: Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred). Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field. Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control software, statistical analysis tools, and technical drawing interpretation. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
