SEO Intern

• Keyword Research: Assist in identifying target keywords and phrases that align with our content strategy and business goals.
  
• OnPage Optimization: Support the team in optimizing website content meta descriptions title tags headers and images to enhance SEO performance.
  
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce SEOfriendly content including blog posts landing pages and product descriptions.
  
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Link Building: Assist in developing and executing linkbuilding strategies including outreach for guest posts and building relationships with relevant websites.
  
• Performance Monitoring: Help track and analyze website traffic rankings and other key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console and SEO software (e.g. Ahrefs SEMrush).
  
• Technical SEO: Learn and assist in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues such as site speed optimization mobile responsiveness and crawl errors.
  
• Reporting: Prepare regular SEO performance reports to share with the team and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
  
• Basic Knowledge of SEO: Familiarity with SEO concepts keyword research and search engine algorithms.
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace: Particularly Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Familiarity with SEO Tools: Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush or similar is a plus.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work tasks.
  
• Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop skills in SEO and digital marketing.
