• Hospice (2 years)

• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan (MI)

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

• Do you have a valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance (all 3) (yes)

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or higher RN license in the state of work and two years of RN experience. Responsibilities include collaborating to provide patient care plans and supporting patients in the specified area.
