As an Administrative and technical support agent you will provide technical support to entrepreneurs using a payment terminal. Additionally you will offer administrative support to entrepreneurs with a contract for the processing of debit card transactions. This support can be extended to both small and large businesses and will be provided via phone email and/or tickets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in the requested language
- Working proficiency in English
- Customerfriendly problemsolving and organized work approach.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in working with multiple customer systems.
- Enjoying helping people and handling situations where patience and customer focus are key is important
