    And weneed your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming admissions andmarketing initiatives. This role will be fastpaced with a breadth of daytoday activities and endless development opportunities.

    This is a fulltime position globally remote.

    What this role is responsible for:

    • Supporting the growth of Crimson Global Academy in Australia and New Zealand

    • Calling and engaging with new leads to qualify them for the admissions team ensuring that data is diligently accurately entered and managed within Salesforce Crimsons CRM system.

    • Updating the records of these leads and tracking their movements to the next stage of the sales pipeline.

    • Establishing developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson Global Academy

    • Continuously improving sales techniques processes and enhancing industry knowledge

    • Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders including Marketing and Admissions Officers

    What skills and experience youll need:

    • Fluent in English spoken and written

    • Outstanding Communication and people skills

    • Excellent communication and organisational skills

    • A passion for delivering outstanding services throughout

    • Being familiar with salesforce is a plus

    • Professionalism and strong work ethic

    • High learning agility and growth mindset comfort in a fastpaced highgrowth environment
