The TLF promotes a wide variety of social cultural and environmental causes that benefit society. It aims to strengthen the bonds between the creative industries businesses government and nonprofits. In 2021 the TLF granted $1 million to small and large causes all over the globe. The goal in 2023 is to grant $5 million. Community charities are championed by employees who in addition to the financial donation volunteer their time and skills to leverage effectiveness.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team of creative and forwardthinking developers. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both backend and frontend development focusing on NextJs HubSpot Tailwind SCSS JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience with Azure is a plus. This is a pivotal time to join TEAM LEWIS as we expand our development team.

Key responsibilities and tasks

Strategic Development: Go beyond the brief to consider commercial aspects and business value in website development.

Standards and Evolution: Collaborate with the Head of Development and the development team to maintain and enhance the agencys development standards.

Creative Excellence: Develop designs to an excellent creative standard working closely with other delivery functions.

Full Stack Expertise: Lead full stack development using NextJs HubSpot SCSS/Tailwind JavaScript/TypeScript.

Portfolio Diversification: Identify and progress opportunities to diversify and expand the agencys development product portfolio.

Attention to Detail: Ensure high levels of accuracy and detail in all code deliverables.

Innovation and Exploration: Stay updated with the latest techniques and languages and offer innovative solutions to development requirements.

Maintainable Solutions: Develop scalable maintainable solutions and reusable assets (blueprint products).

Team Leadership: Inspire and encourage excellence within the development and design teams.

Continuous Improvement: Record and share lessons learned with team members to foster continuous improvement.

Current Architecture: Ensure development architecture is uptodate and repositories are wellmaintained.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 5 years of development experience.

FrontEnd Frameworks: Expertise with modern frontend frameworks like NextJs.

Platform Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot.

BackEnd Understanding: Strong understanding of backend programming concepts.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tailwind SCSS JavaScript and TypeScript.

Nice to Have: Experience with Azure.

JavaScript Expertise: Strong vanilla JS skills and extensive frontend experience.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Soft Skills: Positive communication strong work ethic ambition and drive.

Additionally youre someone that can successfully utilize HTML/CSS3/SCSS to support responsive design progressive enhancement SEO best practices W3C and accessibility standards across desktop and mobile web.
