Job Description: IT Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Source screen and evaluate IT candidates for various roles within the company.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Create job descriptions and post openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Conduct interviews reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and relationship building.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working in a recruiting agency or staffing firm is a plus.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management.
• Understanding of IT roles and technologies to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
• Experience in conducting behavioral and competencybased interviews.
