Job Description: IT Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
- Source screen and evaluate IT candidates for various roles within the company.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Create job descriptions and post openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and relationship building.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience working in a recruiting agency or staffing firm is a plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management.
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
- Experience in conducting behavioral and competencybased interviews.
