Digital Product Specialist

Location: Hoffman Estates IL 60192 (Hybrid 3 days in office)

This role focuses on usercentric product design frontend development and close collaboration with our growth and design teams. Responsibilities:

Drive the ongoing enhancement of Atom through usercentric product design and development.

Collaborate with the Head of Growth Product Design Specialist and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to align product strategies with business goals.

Develop and implement frontend solutions to improve user experience and engagement.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product improvements and new features.

Analyze product performance metrics and user data to identify areas for optimization.

Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to visualize design concepts.

Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely delivery and highquality standards.

Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into product development.

Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital product management with a strong focus on usercentric design and frontend development.

Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and frontend frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue).

Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.

Experience with user research methods including surveys interviews and usability testing.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform product decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.

Selfstarter with a proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
