Job Summary:
The Travel & Tourism Trainer designs develops and delivers training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals in the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Programs: Create and update training materials and courses.
- Deliver Training: Conduct inperson and Online/Offlinetraining sessions workshops and seminars.
- Evaluate Participants: Assess participant progress and provide feedback.
- Stay Updated: Keep informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Certification: Ensure programs meet industry standards and issue certifications.
- Marketing: Promote training programs and build industry relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and improve training methods.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism Hospitality Management or related field. Masters preferred.
- Experience: 35 years in the travel and tourism industry with 2 years in training.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications
Skills:
- Indepth industry knowledge
- Effective training and communication skills
- Proficiency with elearning platforms
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills
Work Environment:
- Office setting with travel to training locations
