Job Description
Job Title: Renal Nurse Supervisor
Location: South Burlington VT 05403
Salary: $100000 $145000 (depending on experience)
MustHaves:
- Dialysis unit leadership experience (as a Facility Administrator Nurse Manager clinical manager etc)
- 2 years experience as a dialysis RN. Recent experience in dialysis not in distant past
- Active Vermont nursing license (or willingness to obtain)
- People management experience (recruiting hiring training performance management team building etc)
NiceToHaves:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree
- Experience with dialysis unit surveys
- Experience with Quality improvement initiatives
