1099 Cloud infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 1099 cloud infrastructure architect to join our team as an independent contractor for our clients. As a cloud architect you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing cloud infrastructure and services for our clients ensuring optimal performance security and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud architecture solutions using AWS GCP and/or Azure.

• Develop and deploy scalable highperformance and secure cloud solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure and recommend improvements or migration strategies.

• Automate cloud operations and management using tools and scripts.

• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior cloud engineers and developers.

• Stay uptodate with the latest developments in cloud technologies and best practices.

• Document technical designs procedures and policies for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with expertise in AWS GCP and/or Azure.

• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices.

• Proficiency in designing and deploying cloud solutions using AWS GCP and/or Azure services.

• Experience with infrastructureascode tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).

• Strong understanding of networking security and identity management in cloud environments.

• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Google Cloud Professional Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Contract Details:

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

• Flexible working hours based on client needs.

• Compensation will be based on the complexity and duration of tasks/projects.
