Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders and ensure timely fulfillment
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any issues
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure orders are shipped on time
• Maintain accurate records of orders and update the database accordingly
• Handle returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
• 12 years of experience in order management or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management software
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
