We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Coordinator with 1 years of experience to join our dynamic team during US shift hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries troubleshooting product issues and providing exceptional service. The role requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers postsales.
  • Onboard new customers ensuring they are set up for success with our products.
  • Conduct regular checkins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may affect customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to provide customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.
  • Educate customers on new features best practices and industry trends.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer success account management or related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g. Gainsight).
