We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and working closely with the Sales and Marketing team.

Weve powered industry leaders like Avast Uber and the American Hospital in building stellar teams through our vast network of 250 job boards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and demonstrate the companys products and services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals contracts and presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
