What You Will Be Doing:

As a Continuous Improvement Shop Support Tech you will play a crucial role in supporting shop floor leads by removing shop waste such as pallets cardboard plastic bags trash and metal scrap. You will also assemble paint and label items that support lean manufacturing initiatives including shelving tool cabinets and shadow boards. Under the direction of the continuous improvement engineer and shop floor leads youll contribute to other improvement projects as needed. This role requires regular attendance punctuality and the ability to work onsite and in a fastpaced environment. Youll also need to collaborate effectively with coworkers customers vendors and management handling multiple tasks concurrently and identifying areas for improvement.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Basic math skills for measurements and the use of tape measure.
• Ability to read basic directions and learn to identify areas for improvement.
• Strong work ethic punctuality and reliability.
