Job Description
HR Generalist/Business Partner Stockport
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for setting and developing the strongest teams in the UK and Ireland and will report directly to the HR Manager of UK & Ireland.

- Support our Retail team in development training and recruiting
- Ensure all Development and Training programs are executed to the highest level
- Train develop and retain retail employees and drive our peoples performance
- Partner with the countries management team for people and organizational issues
- Drive key HR figures including employee staff turnover employee satisfaction etc
- Champion the companies culture and ensure it continues to be an attractive place to work.
- Excellent business and commercial focus
Minimum 2 years recruitment and talent development Previous HRBP experience Good analytical, negotiation and presentation skills Results focused Driving Licence
