HR Generalist/Business Partner Stockport


Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a HR business partner for our client based in Stockport Manchester.

As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for setting and developing the strongest teams in the UK and Ireland and will report directly to the HR Manager of UK & Ireland.


This role will suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced hands on environment and ideally comes from a Retail Hospitality or FMCG Background.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting talent development and management
  • Prior HRBP experience preferred
  • Selfdriven goal oriented individual and results focused
  • Innovative highly organised a strong team player and ability to work in fastpaced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Readiness for business trips
  • Full driving license
Key responsibilities:
  • Drive the HR agenda in close cooperation with the management team
  • Support our Retail team in development training and recruiting
  • Ensure all Development and Training programs are executed to the highest level
  • Train develop and retain retail employees and drive our peoples performance
  • Partner with the countries management team for people and organizational issues
  • Drive key HR figures including employee staff turnover employee satisfaction etc
  • Champion the companies culture and ensure it continues to be an attractive place to work.
  • Excellent business and commercial focus
