Receptionist
Our client in the printing industry is seeking a Receptionist who can deliver exceptional service in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. This role requires a professional with outstanding communication skills a polished presence and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $20.90.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Onsite work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent verbal communication and maintain a professional demeanor suitable for the client s environment.
Manage multiple incoming telephone calls using a multiline telephone system ensuring accurate and complete message documentation.
Greet and direct visitors while adhering to the client s security and badge requirements.
Organize and maintain files and records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist in meeting setup.
Perform general office and records management tasks including data entry.
Assist with mail print production or fulfillment duties such as faxing scanning and copying as needed.
Deliver general administrative support across various functions.
What you will need to succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a clientfacing role.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint internet navigation and Windows Explorer.
Competence in using phone equipment after training.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
