Process orders and enter them into our accounting system

Upload products to Channel Advisors

List products on website (Woo Commerce)

Review listing

Confirm pricing

Ensure data integrity and accuracy through careful review and verification

Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines

Assist with CRM

Requirements

Worked with Ecommerce platforms

Previous experience in data entry

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of listing products on website (Woo Commerce a PLUS)

Knowledge of Channel Advisors a PLUS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic math skills for data analysis and calculations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
