What Youll Do:

• Lead Financial Strategy: Develop and implement innovative financial strategies that align with our growth objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements reports performance metrics and forecasts that provide stakeholders with clear insights into our financial health.
• Oversee Project Accounting: Manage project accounting activities to ensure accurate tracking of costs revenues and profitability for each project enhancing our financial precision.
• Annual Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and deliver financial forecasts that guide our decisionmaking and future planning.
• Optimize Cash Flow: Manage cash flow and working capital with a keen eye on optimizing efficiency and supporting sustainable growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Educational Excellence: A Bachelors degree in Accounting is required; a Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
• Certified Expertise: CPA certification is a must ensuring you have the foundational knowledge to excel in this role.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a CFO with a successful track record of managing a department of 10 employees demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Industry Knowledge: A strong background in project accounting construction or real estate development ensuring you understand the unique financial challenges of our sector.
• Financial Acumen: Experience with senior lending arrangements including ABL structures and a deep understanding of GAAP regulations and compliance.
