Job Description

This is a remote position.

Overview:

As a Remote AllInclusive Resort Coordinator you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their reservation needs. This independent contractor position is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the USA Australia Mexico or Colombia. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. You will utilize email skills effective communication and strong customer service to help clients secure reservations and provide quotes.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction:

    • Communicate with clients through various channels including email to understand their reservation requirements and preferences.

  • Reservation Coordination:

    • Assist clients in making reservations for services such as accommodations transportation tours and more according to their preferences.

  • Vendor Liaison:

    • Communicate directly with vendors suppliers and service providers to check availability negotiate rates and secure reservations on behalf of clients.

  • Quote Generation:

    • Provide clients with accurate and timely quotes for their requested reservations ensuring transparency regarding costs and services.

  • Customer Support:

    • Address client inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally offering solutions and guidance as needed.

  • Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions reservations and communications with vendors.

  • Training and Development:

    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends reservation processes and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old or older.

  • Authorized to work in the USA Australia Mexico or Colombia.

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.

  • Proficient in using email communication.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely.

  • Reliable access to a smartphone or computer.

  • Stable and highspeed WiFi connection.
