is a leading Technology Finance and Healthcare recruiting and HR/DEI consulting firm partnering with outstanding clients within the private industry and public sector. Currently we are partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Richland Washington to recruit a highly talented Registered Nurse (RN) for their Acute Care Unit.

Job Summary:

As an Acute Care RN you will deliver patientfocused wholeperson care in a culture built on understanding commitment and mutual respect. Youll apply your specialized training to deliver worldclass health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions
  • Educate patients and families on health management
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications:

I. Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associates Degree minimum)
  • Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire)

II. Experience:

  • For RN Resident: Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
  • For Acute Care RN: At least 1 year of Nursing experience

III. License(s)/Certification(s):

  • BLS certification from American Heart Association (upon hire)
  • National Certification in area of specialty (preferred)

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Additional Information:

  • Shifts Available: 36 hours per week or 24 hours per week Variable Shift 12hour work schedule
