We are currently seeking to expand our dynamic team with a passionate and driven Real Estate Agent/Consultant who shares our vision of redefining the real estate landscape. Position: Real Estate Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential tenants to understand their needs preferences and budget constraints.
- Property Showings: Conduct informative and engaging property viewings highlighting the unique features and benefits of each rental property.
- Rent Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure favorable lease agreements for both parties.
- Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants and fellow team members to foster trust and collaboration.
- Sales Negotiation: Representing the seller in negotiations with potential buyers to secure the best possible terms of sale.
- Communication: Keeping the seller informed of market conditions the progress of the sale and feedback from viewings.
- Closing the Deal: Guiding the seller through the closing process including ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- MS Office familiarity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
