Our Client Onboarding and Support Team play a pivotal role in supporting the whole business and is responsible for supporting our sales and account management teams by assisting with product questions and providing site investigations on prospects websites. They are also responsible for onboarding new and existing client campaigns maintaining existing clients scripts and ensuring our clients campaigns continue recovering revenue. You will take ownership of your workload becoming a vital knowledge base for all!

As a Junior Developeryou will

• Conduct extensive investigations on our clients websites identifying how we will scrape the information our platform needs to create compelling campaigns

• Create and maintain a bespoke clientside JavaScript fixing any bugs during the client onboarding and support process

• Take ownership of your own work taking pride in what you have developed

• Work closely with the account management team to ensure a swift onboarding and support process

• Effectively prioritise and document support tasks which are raised predominantly by the account management team communicating updates to a variety of business stakeholders

• Provide regular updates (targets KPIs progress issues etc) to your Line Manager

• Provide support to the other areas within the business when required to maintain business performance and an environment of collaboration and teamwork

• Upon successful completion of probation provide oncall support in rotation with other team members

It is essential that you have...

• Have some programming experience ideally in JavaScript

• Some experience in Version Control (e.g. GitHub) SQL Server and/or Looker Explore

• Be an expert at analysing and problemsolving using outofthebox ideas when needed

• Have strong adaptable communication skills able to translate potentially complex issues to varying levels of understanding both written and verbally

• Also be a committed team player able to integrate easily into our closeknit environment

• Comfortable working with data with strong analytical skills

• Remains calm and composed in pressurised environments

Our Recruitment Process:

The next stage would be a faceto face (or remote) interview with the hiring manager(s) and potentially a member of the Client Onboarding team. We will use this opportunity to get to know you better and understand what experience and skills you can bring to the team.

As a final stage you may then be invited for a final stage interview with our Head of Support.
