AnaPicos product range includes RF signal generators frequency synthesizers and phase noise analyzers which are characterized by low phase noise high spectral purity and fast switching times. Our products are 100% developed and manufactured in Switzerland and are distributed in over 30 countries worldwide.

To support us in the field of engineering we are looking for a person with management experience professional experience reliability and commitment.

As part of dynamic modern product development you will lead the group of firmware developers and be the contact person and interface for questions from other departments. In addition you will work in a team with other development engineers as a Senior Firmware Developer.

Tasks

Your area of responsibility:

• Personnel and technical management of the Firmware Development Group in an international environment
• Planning and coordination of projects
• Implementation of new features in the device firmware
• Collaboration with customers and customer support

Requirements

Your profile:

• MSc oder BSc in Electrical Engineering oder Information Technology
• More than 5 years of experience in the profession personnel and technical management as well as project management
• Excellent problemsolving skills prioritization and a strategic mindset
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and deadlines
• Indepth knowledge of industry standards and technical regulations related to RF and MW products
• Experience in realtime programming good programming knowledge in C/C knowledge of Linux operating system and API deep understanding of digital signal processing Fluent in German and English
