Job Description

Our client is a network of several airlines each with its own distinctive culture and style of service. These airlines join to offer smooth connections across a vast global network. A third party service provider coordinates the caretaking for their frequent flyers.

What will I (m/f/d) be doing as a caretaker

As a caretaker you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a call center environment while assisting frequent flying customers in enjoying their club program benefits. This will include:

Responding to inbound telephone calls from members and efficiency handling reservation requests complaints and inquiries regarding all club program benefits. Data entry summarizing and documenting the conversation and actions of each call.Handling lower level complaints and providing resolution using network procedures and standards. Welcoming new members to encourage usage of program and to assist them in learning how to use the program benefits.

What are we looking for

Can work shifts Empathic listener and persuasive speakerAbility to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications Fluent in Dutch.
