We are currently seeking a Software Tester to join our Internal Training Department.

Job Overview:

The Software Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the software developed by our internal training department. The Software Tester will work closely with the development team to identify and document defects, create test plans, and execute test cases. The Software Tester will also be responsible for creating and maintaining test automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of the software developed by the internal training department.
• Identify and document defects, and work with the development team to ensure they are fixed.
• Create and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand the software design and functional requirements.
• Work closely with the training department to ensure that the software meets the training needs of our clients.
• Report test results to the development team and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the testing process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test plans, and test cases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and the training department.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
