Project Coordinator (Marketing Creative Services)
Our client in the printing industry is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of creative projects. This role requires a detailoriented professional to coordinate workflows communicate with clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Manage projects from inception to completion including scheduling meetings setting timelines defining tasks for the creative team coordinating production and overseeing final delivery and invoicing.
Client and Team Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients suppliers contractors and the creative team ensuring clear communication and strong professional relationships.
Daily Client Management: Understand client needs ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products and provide exceptional customer service.
Deadline and Budget Management: Keep projects on track under tight deadlines monitor budgets and address potential scope creep proactively.
Quality Control: Ensure all quality control policies are followed reviewing proofs for accuracy before client delivery and continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
File and Administrative Management: Handle file management and other administrative tasks associated with projects.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support the team.
What you will need to succeed:
Education: Completion of a postsecondary degree/diploma in business marketing project management print or graphic design or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5 years of experience in an agency marketing department or similar creative/print environment.
Organizational Skills: High level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with excellent teamwork and time management abilities.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients partners vendors and team members.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the creative process with expertise in print digital and social media networks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with a Mac environment is essential.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
