Duties & Responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
