We are looking for Technical Service Specialists to join our growing Global Technical Centre to provide innovative solutions for international markets including North America and Europe. This is an opportunity to become an expert in the SolarEdge product offering and the solar industry in general. Based in our brandnew offices we will be able to provide a collaborative environment transportation meals and a competitive compensation package.

**This position will require Spanish fluency with an advanced level.**

What will you be doing

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from Spanishspeaking customers and contractors promptly knowledgeably and courteously documenting all information into the call tracking system.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting and diagnosing grid tie solar inverter issues encountered during installation by using general knowledge product schematics data stored in the knowledge base and other available resources.
  • Coordinate with the team to approve and track necessary parts for repairs.
  • Update the support database with new information from customer interactions.
  • Manage customer installation data in the monitoring system.
  • Document all activities in ticketing systems and other database software platforms.
  • Create layouts on the monitoring site at the customer s request.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and build/maintain rapport with customers peers and managers.

Requirements :

  • Advancedlevel spoken Spanish is required.
  • Good communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Outstanding written communication skills in English.
  • Technical skills or experience with solar products is a plus.
  • Experience working for an international organization and having an Engineering or technical qualification in electrical and electronics is a plus.
