To support our team and the growth of the business we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in Zug (CH) or Budapest (HU) as:
Operations Training Manager
Tasks
Operational procedures related duties:
- Creator of interactive and engaging content on the functioning of all GSCFs system and tools and responsible for keeping the content up to date and consistent in format and language across repositories
- Responsible for coordinating trainings for new resources on GSCFs systems and owner of the training plan including session coordination trainer reviews and trainee feedback gathering
- Owner of the CO team Training space in Confluence folder structure and in charge of ensuring content is accurate and updated (yearly review)
- Responsible for preparing and presenting data in the form of predefined or adhoc reports
Cross Team Tasks:
- Delivers trainings to the staff on new features and system capabilities
- Liaises with the Program Leads and other Department Leads to understand the needs their teams have with regards to training and defines an action plan
Counselling roles:
- Counsel train and support the Operations team on system features and assist in finding solutions; ensuring system is used to its full capacity
- Ensure knowhow is spread and work closely with the Portfolio Manager/s to ensure documentation is up to date and available for the CO team
- Assist in assessing if existing features can be utilized to satisfy new requests
Tools:
- Confluence/Jira
- Absorb LMS and Absorb External content repository
- Absorb Authoring Tool
- PowToon for video and content creation
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Business Administration or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CPTM CPLP) are a plus
- Experience as a Training Manager Learning and Development Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training software
- Experience in designing developing and implementing training programs
- Familiarity with elearning platforms and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to assess training needs and align them with business goals
- Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Uptodate knowledge of current trends and best practices in training and development
- Understanding of various training techniques including elearning workshops and simulations
- Awareness of legal requirements and guidelines related to training and development
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
