Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and a passion for finding and hiring top talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring ensuring the selection of highquality candidates.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job boards social media and networking events to identify and attract potential candidates.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct resume screenings phone interviews and inperson interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Offer Management: Negotiate job offers with selected candidates ensuring alignment with company policies and budget.

Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and report on recruitment performance.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
