Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to support the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards social media and other channels.

Resume Screening: Review and assess resumes to match candidates with the right job opportunities.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates providing them with updates and information throughout the recruitment process.

Job Postings: Create and post job openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.

Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates to ensure their suitability for the role.

Administrative Support: Assist with recruitmentrelated administrative tasks including preparing offer letters and handling onboarding paperwork.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus but not required.
