Job Description
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain inventory of hardware assets and ensure the proper disposal of obsolete equipment.
- Provide desktop management and infrastructure services ensuring seamless operations across all platforms.
- Install and configure Windows and Mac operating systems as well as network printers.
- Support and maintain IT services including Outlook configuration and network support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems including installation and configuration.
- Familiarity with printers networks and network printer installation.
- Proficiency in IT support system support hardware troubleshooting and desktop support.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
