Your Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Manage the A/R process including reconciliation invoice processing statement delivery and price matching in the ERP system.
  
• Accounts Payable: Assist with vendor payments review purchase orders resolve discrepancies complete check runs and process up to 200 payables monthly.
  
• Monthly Closing: Contribute to the monthly closing process with journal entries and general ledger activities.
  
• Sales Tax & Reconciliation: Handle sales tax processing and reconcile credit card statements.
  
• Cash Management: Monitor daily cash flow.
  
• Payroll Support: Provide backup support for payroll as needed.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Aid in accounting enhancements and participate in budgeting and forecasting.
  

Who We re Looking For:

• Education: Associate s degree required; Bachelor s degree preferred.
  
• Experience: 13 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of debits credits and reconciliation.
  
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  
• Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required): Experience in manufacturing accounting budgeting forecasting and familiarity with dashboards like Cognos or Power BI.
