Renal Nurse Supervisor

HireNow Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Renal Nurse Supervisor to join a leading healthcare facility in South Burlington VT. This role offers an exciting leadership opportunity for a highly skilled nurse with a passion for renal care and experience in team supervision.

Salary: $95617.00 $143416.00

Signing Bonus: Yes (Up to $30000)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Vermont or ability to obtain.
• BSN required; MSN or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 35 years of renal or dialysis nursing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) preferred.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to patientcentered care and quality improvement.
• Dialysis unit leadership experience (as a Facility Administrator Nurse Manager clinical manager etc)
• People management experience (recruiting hiring training performance management team building etc)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the renal nursing team ensuring high standards of patient care in dialysis and renal treatment.
• Oversee daily operations of the renal unit including staffing scheduling and resource management.
• Collaborate with physicians nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide mentorship training and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
• Act as a liaison between patients families and the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and care.
• Continuously assess and improve patient care services and operational efficiency.
