Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Payroll Assistant Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and payroll processes with a strong desire to support various talent acquisition and payroll administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to identify top talent.

Payroll Administration: Support the payroll team in processing payroll for employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including the completion of necessary paperwork and payroll setup.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of employee information payroll data and recruitment activities.

Compliance: Ensure all payroll and recruitment activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll queries benefits and other HRrelated concerns.

Reporting: Generate reports related to recruitment and payroll providing insights to HR management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth payroll processing and effective recruitment strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to payroll and recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software systems.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
