Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to:
Managing phone calls and emails
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Assisting with document preparation and filing
Performing data entry and maintaining records
Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
A friendly and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent; additional qualifications such as SSCE ONDNCE in a relevant field are preferred
At least 1 year of experience in an office environment is an advantage
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers copiers fax machines)
