Salary: #50000 #80000

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to:
  • Managing phone calls and emails
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with document preparation and filing
  • Performing data entry and maintaining records
  • Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A friendly and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent; additional qualifications such as SSCE ONDNCE in a relevant field are preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office environment is an advantage
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers copiers fax machines)
