Objectives & Responsibilities:
Rovco is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow. Upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include:
- Lead FollowUp: Manage Salesforce leads filter opportunities and make initial client contact.
- Inbox Management: Oversee Sales@ and Info@ inboxes directing relevant opportunities to BD/Account Managers.
- Portal Management: Maintain and monitor client portal memberships and public tender portals like TED and Negometrix to capture relevant opportunities.
- Prequalification Responses: Collaborate with Finance HSEQ and Tendering teams to generate and maintain PQQ responses.
- Report and Event Support: Assist with board report generation event planning and logistics for conferences and client meetings.
- Salesforce Superuser: Develop reports measure key metrics and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce.
- Tender Preparation: Support the Tendering Team with formatting tenders ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Travel Booking: Organize department travel efficiently and costeffectively.
- Document Management: Keep the Boilerplate file updated with the latest technical commercial and IMS information.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and external agencies.
- Administrative Support: Provide additional support to Business Unit Directors as needed.
