Animator

About the role

As an Animator youll participate in the creative and technical aspects of 2D animation production. You will work with a small talented team and collaborate with both inhouse and outsourced teams to deliver exceptional animations that elevate our gaming experience to new heights!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the animation team to deliver creative and technically excellent 2D
  animations.
• Execute animation designs and implementations based on project specifications
  and stakeholder feedback.
• Follow the animation direction set by the Animation Team Lead to ensure
  consistency and quality.
• Participate in production milestones and assist Project Managers in estimating the
  effort required for animation tasks on different projects.
• Utilize technical knowledge of the Spine tool to create and optimize 2D animations.
• Work with outsourced animation deliveries and adhere to the standards set for
  animation reception from thirdparty studios.
• Apply your creativity and technical expertise to enhance the quality of animations at
  Booming Games.
• Explore and utilize generative tools that can streamline the animation production
  process

Requirements

• Industry experience in animation particularly in the gaming or iGaming sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
• Familiarity with Spine a popular 2D animation software.
• Possess a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills and creativity.
• Show a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the player experience.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a team setting.
• Strong problemsolving skills to overcome technical and artistic challenges.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a huge plus
