Establish and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, including suppliers, logistics partners, and processing facilities.
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Monitor vendor performance, conduct regular reviews, and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
