Job Description

Job Responsibilities (JR):

1. Operational Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with the company s strategic objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure operational targets are met.
2. Financial Management:
  • Manage budgets forecast sales and analyze financial performance.
  • Optimize cost structures to improve profitability while maintaining highquality service.
  • Review financial statements and reports to ensure that the company is meeting its financial goals.
3. Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities market trends and areas for expansion.
  • Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
4. Team Leadership:
  • Lead mentor and develop a highperforming operations team.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation accountability and teamwork.
  • Ensure that staff training programs are in place to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
5. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all F&B operations comply with health safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards across all outlets.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise promptly.
6. Customer Experience:
  • Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery continuously.
  • Develop and oversee customer loyalty programs.
7. Supply Chain and Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages and reduce waste.
8. Business Expansion:
  • Lead the opening of new outlets including site selection staffing and operational setup.
  • Ensure that new locations are aligned with the company s brand and operational standards.
  • Oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses or partnerships.
9. Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports to the CEO and board of directors.
  • Keep the senior leadership team informed of any significant operational developments.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field (Master s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 10 years of experience in the F&B industry with at least 5 years in a senior operational role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills financial acumen strategic thinking excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of F&B operations.
  • Attributes: Resultsdriven customerfocused adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Mandarin speaker has advantages for this position
